Day 3 - The Party
July 4th is serious business in the Holland family. Lots of food, lots of fun, and lots of family. We had so much food freshly prepared by Rich's dad and Lisa. On the menu was cooked out burgers, pork BBQ, potato salad, tomato salad, pasta salad, brownies, chocolate sheet cake, chips and fresh salsa and guacomole. . . and dilly bars. I cannot forget the dilly bars!
A new set of food was brought to the table every hour or so for munching. I am not kidding. Lots and lots of food!!!
There was a serious wiffle ball game.
The children spent most of the day in the pool.
And there was lots of eating.
