Digging a very large ditch, filling it with water, and getting very muddy in the process.(and making a memory - probably one that they will always remember!)
I'll be sharing a close up of the ditch later this week. We were all impressed with their handy work!
This kind of outside play requires careful clean up - but worth it for all the fun they had!

I remember my days of playing in the mud - yes it was a lot of fun! They look so happy in the pictures. Must have been a dirty bathtub :)

ReplyDeleteYou wouldn't believe how much Emily and Caleb have played with that ditch since Thursday! I have asked them to not get quite so muddy, though. ;-)
