Painting our clay creations!

Last week the Jonathan and Rosalie made some clay creations and waited patiently for them to dry ... so they could paint them! Jonathan made a boat with an oar and Rosalie made a pendant and beads. 

What fun it was to paint them!!

I don't know about your children, but mine love to paint!
I used crayola quick dry clay to make their creations and crayola paints to pain them.
The clay is really great and we've used it a lot this year ... however it does break easily. As Jonathan was painting his boat ... the front of it broke. It's lots of fun to work with, just beware that it can frustrate a child when their creation breaks. Jonathan immediately said that it was no problem for him, though, because he would just pretend that it was a broken boat!
