completely exhausted and couldn't stay awake any longer!

We just returned home from our trip to Pennsylvania. It was a wonderful time spent with our family. We were there for the 4th of July and had a great time celebrating! We swam in the pool, ate yummy food, and even got to do sparklers and watch fireworks. And I cannot forget to mention the Dilly bars - no Holland 4th of July is complete without the dilly bars! SUPER FUN!

Attached

At about 16 months old Rosalie finally chose her attachment items. The three items she chose are: A flannel blanket made by my friend, Janet, a stuffed Minnie Mouse given to her by my mom and dad, and a stuffed pony the boys, Rich and I picked out for her a couple weeks before she was born.

Building a Fort

Martin and Aaron built a fort one afternoon while Jonathan was napping. It was complete with the flag on top and all! And of course Rosalie had to get involved too!
