The School Room/Multi-Purpose Room

Most of the work in the school room is done. The picture above is the view from the door. I haven't put anything up on the walls yet ... I am not good with walls - I must admit. However, the furniture is in place and the room is super functional! I need about 2 more tall bookshelves, because I do still have a couple of large tubs of books stored away of other grade levels. I'd love to have all of our books stored on shelves where I can access them easily.

This view is from the opposite side of the room from the door. This room will serve mostly as the school room and some as a guest room. 

This a view from the door of the new desk and shelves that Rich built in between the two closets. We moved our old television upstairs and hooked up the wii. We have netflix streaming through the wii as well. Just yesterday Martin and I were able to watch a documentary on Ancient Greek Civilization upstairs in our school room while the other children were having rest time!
